They have a big parking space, close to zoo and beach
1. Pool facilities no safeguarding and the floor is not safe enough
2. Reception do not provide any useful information about room, breakfast, or facilities while check in and I see lots of families waiting for room to be ready at 4, but that is there check in time and I would expect the flow smoother.
3. I appreciate they provide kid gift, but it contains high choking hazard snack.

Room not ready on arrival after official check in time. No enough towels in rooms. Very slow & unattentive service in restaurant. Floor full of room service trays, laundry bags & rubbish. Extremely hot temperature wise with no a/c.

We had a brilliant stay at the Radisson Blu in Little Island. From the moment we arrived—early at 2 PM—we were warmly welcomed and allowed to check in without any hassle. The man at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Our room was perfect for our family, with a king-size bed and a bunk bed the kids absolutely loved. Everything was spotless and easy to find.
The swimming pool was a real highlight—spacious, clean, and relaxing with great jets. We could have spent the whole trip there! The pool staff were also lovely, offering towels and making us feel very comfortable.
Breakfast was another hit. Plenty of choice, and the boys especially enjoyed the pancake-making machine, which was a fun touch.
We felt really well looked after throughout the stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a relaxing and welcoming break.

Beautiful hotel , spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast selection and the Brasserie food was lovely too, well presented and tasty. Hydrotherapy pool was really good, changing rooms spotless , pool is deep but only an issue for me as I’m short and can’t swim. Hotel is well placed for getting into Cork City as well as Cobh and Foto Wildlife Park
No air con in the rooms. Was the only issue otherwise fantastic place to stay

The room was nice, but was directly above the service yard so we were awoken at about 6am by the sound of bins being collected.
We arrived at 3:30pm hoping for a slightly early check-in but didn't get our room until 5:30pm. Not great. The bar closed at 11pm, didn't serve tea (TEA!) after 10pm, and only had one bar-person on shift for the entire day. That meant long waits to get served if the barman had been asked for cocktails.

I had booked a premium room, and the only difference was that it had bunk beds and a accessible bathroom.
The room wasn't the cleanest with ceiling fan covered in dust and armchair had what appeared to be yogurt.
We were located above the wedding venue and weren't made aware of this on check in - it should have been communicated at check in or moved us to the other side of the hotel as we were kept awake with music, noise and guests hanging around corridors until early morning hours.
Due to the temperatures, I asked reception if they could drop up a fan and the one that was dropped up didn't work.
We didn't stay for the breakfast we had paid for as we wanted to get out of the hotel as soon as possible.
Its the first time ive left a hotel with a spa exhausted after the stay.

Nice building. Good sized rooms. Good bar and restaurant.
Took a long time to book in. Confusion over bed configuration in rooms although we had sent an email prior. Reception sent us in wrong direction for our rooms.
Two keys didn’t work and no apology from staff for us having to come back down to reception. Waitress in restaurant fed up looking. Brought over wrong drinks order and looked annoyed at us.
