Traveling for work a lot of my time I must say that this hotel was first class the staff were so helpful and friendly the food was great parking was safe and with a well lit carpark would fully recommend and am looking forward to returning soon

Disappointing
Great selection for breakfast (the best orange juice i've ever tasted), relaxing pool, and steam room/sauna. Reception staff were very friendly. Great parking facilities.
For starters, they didn't have our reservation that we made through Booking.com. However, they managed to get us a room, so that was no bother. The restaurant service for dinner was quite bad, poor selection, forgot our drinks twice, served my starter 20 minutes before my husband's and the food was not the best quality and they tried to charge me for drinks that weren't delivered (in fairness, this was easily rectified with no fuss). The breakfast was great, fantastic selection. However, the scrambled eggs looked and tasted terrible.

Convenient location and adjoining rooms & comfortable beds.
Housekeeping brought us fans for our 2 rooms and ice since there are no ice machines.
The long wait at check in.

Very comfy bed and pillows. Good shower pressure and hot water. Good breakfast.
Arrived and there was a huge wedding going on with drinks reception in foyer and loads of wedding guests checking in, so had to wait a while. Cold in room but found heater to use. Pool used by young children, no lanes or adult only area. Pool changing room needed to be cleaner. Lift sometimes worked, sometimes didnt.

Place seems to be getting a bit dated, no way a 300 a night hotel. Breakfast was very busy, staff couldnt cope, dirty tables everywhere, food was late being topped up, etc etc

Lesuire centre smelled amazing.
Executive rooms and suites on ground floor with view of staff carrying rubbish??
Breakfasts very poorly staffed and very unorganised, felt as though we were completely unexpected guests!Breakfast menu didnt match with one on website.

We had a noisy room because of airco outside our window, got zn upgrade to a suite!
