Beds were super comfortable, room was lovely, but the best asset of the hotel is the staff. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and very friendly. Plenty of towels provided, always a plus.
Service in the Brasserie was quite slow, however it was quite busy and the pleasant staff definitely helped.

The property was well laid out, well equipped with an air of establishments. Excellent.
The property was extremely well maintained, with a little more investment some interiors could be built upon.

Restaurant staff and food were great
The room i paid for was not as advertised at all. The view was of a back parking lot, there was a massive bunk bed added in and the bathroom was equipped for disabled people. While it is nice to see that again it was not what was advertised when I booked the room and it looked very cheap. It was also very warm and the halways were hot and smelled of chlorine from the pool

The location is far from city center , i didn’t had car and was using public transportation because the hotel was not in walkable distance from center

The overall hotel was nice
To start i paid for processo to be in my room on arrival as celebrating my engagement, secondly our shower walls were fully of human hair before we even used it very very unhygienic, 3rdly i got steak for dinner by time i was finished cutting the fat off of it i barley had a steak.

I got a room upgrade to a gorgeous suite with a huge balcony and sitting room and bathroom. The bed was super comfy, the 2 tvs , the balcony was amazing. The bath was really deep and the toiletries provided was amazing. The pool / sauna were really nice .
There wasn't much options for gluten free but other then that everything was exceptional.
