Loved the food, breakfast and in room menu...good location
Room was not prepared when asked for cleaning the room. Delayed it until 4pm and didn't put fresh towels n water bottles. Bins were not cleared up.
Life broke down and it was a real struggle with a small child
No fridge in the room to put kid food

Bed was comfortable and clean! Shower was also nice
Toilet brush was absent from the room, but I contacted the hotel and it was provided swiftly. Coffee machine did not have water inside, so couldn’t make coffee in the room. Although we got coffee downstairs for free. The room had no fridge which wasn’t good.

Room was great . Bed very comfortable. Food was tasty .
Some young staff not very friendly but not unfriendly. Prob just need a bit more confidence and training. But didnt put me off .
