Nothing staff are so ignorant and disrespectful to paying customers absolute disgrace I have never stayed in a hotel like it. If you’re from Northern Ireland please stay away because you’ll be discriminated from the moment you speak to loudly. Don’t know how to do much except give dirty looks and be rude to guests. Manager Anna is a very nasty person who likes to shout in hotel guests faces.

Place was overall pleasant enough. Little tired in places. Staff were trying really hard which is great but I feel they shouldn't have to. Pool was good, room was ok. Nothing leaping out really.
Deco in need of revamp, loo hanging off the wall, TVs from last century, broken lift (eventually fixed). Restaurant over priced and under staffed. Couldn't ring down to reception as it was always too busy, plus the 80s phones barely worked. Friday night became a battle ground of drunken singing around 4am-6am which has marred the whole visit.

We have been to this hotel several times, and it's good to see that it is kept updated in every way.
On arrival, the receptionist just greeted and spoke with me and totally ignored my partner.
When we arrived at the restaurant that night, we were left standing at the entrance while the waitress blanked us and examined her nails. This, however, was not the case for the waitress who served us, who was polite, professional, and a delight to deal with. 10/10.

We loved the spa area. The room was large and bright. The food in the brasserie was delicious and well priced.
The aircon was fixed so we couldn’t make it warmer.

Kids eat for free wasn't explained to us so we were charged for kids meals.

No lift working, waiting staff in the restaurant had to keep being called for things, not very helpful at all. Room had a sofa bed for my daughter (4) that had springs sticking out through the mattress, had to ask for the bed to be made up.
