The room was very comfortable and the bed was nice and big. The hotel it's self was really clean and great staff.
Most of the locks on the lockers in the ladies' changing room were broken. I had to leave my hand bag with the staff and I wasn't comfortable handing over my personal information etc that was in my bag [ bankcards, money,phone etc ] also the jacuzzi beds were not working.

no support for bags and all, very less stuff. So if your tired and having babies, no one is there to help you. Reception always had one member doing everything.

Very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Restaurant and pool area lovely , bedroom great size
The pool was very cold, difficult to enjoy. Sauna and Steam room very very busy , guests staying in each for too long, all men.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Tom and Victor on the front desk. They were so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The pool and gym were beautiful and well equipped. Rooms were spacious and the coffee machine was well stocked and easy to use.
