Room was great with large comfortable bed. We had a bottle of prosecco left in the fridge for us, very nice touch to start the evening
Lovely breakfast in dining room overlooking the garden
Didn't use the shower as it had a rainforest shower head. Hotels need to change from these as they are difficult to manage and most women dislike them.

The room was very comfortable and well furnished. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.
I would have liked a warm more intimate bar in the old building with a nice fire. The hotel bar was a little sterile.

Lovely location, the spa was great
We had a leak in the bedroom whisk kept me awake. Mentioned it to the breakfast manager and he made nothing of it. The bar food was disappointing.
