The property is beautiful and has lovely grounds to match the exterior of the building. We had great meals there and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Warm arrival, bags taken to our rooms. Wonderful spa. Prosecco welcome! Restaurant (evening) and breakfast is high standard. Beautiful grounds.

The patio area at the back of the room along with the bathroom being very aesthetically pleasing

All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The spa area and thermal suites are amazing.
The aircon was out of action while they are working on hotel upgrades so the room was very hot. We made good use of the fan in the room.

The staff were outstanding. Particularly Johannes who gave us great advice around where to visit around Cork. Such a lovely guy. All the staff in the bar and restaurant were great as were the staff at the spa and pool. First rate hotel and we will definitely be back soon

Hotel was amazing, Spa was like another world amazing facilities.
We stayed up on the 2nd floor but unfortunately we had to carry multiple bags up the stairs as there was no lifts available up to our suite but overall we had a great stay .

Executive room was excellent, tho' balcony could do with clean. Breakfast was great. Gardens were lovely and Johannes at reception could not do more for us.
Spa was a little tired.

Sophisticated elegance throughout this hotel. Updated room and bath were well designed and comfortable. Public spaces were spacious. The hotel has lovely grounds and has many events so was busy during our stay. The restaurant and bar including breakfast were good but not exceptional. Special shoutout to John Coleman who went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Note this hotel is about a 20 euro ride into the city center. The is public transportation outside is fairly reliable and quick.
Rooms rennovation seemed somewhat unfished with bath lacking a toliet paper holder and over the sink lighting.
