The room was beautiful and really comfortable, the breakfast was excellent - great choices, we only had a casual dinner in the bar but it was very good. Nice leisure centre and relaxation area.

Property was easy to find and close enough to Cork for our visit!
The property seems like it needs some updating. The shower wouldn’t drain properly when we were using it, which was kind of gross. The breakfast bar was 1/2 put away when we went down for breakfast one of the mornings we were there. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Lovely location in nature in a large estate. Large well equipped rooms with comfy beds and and a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. Superb breakfast and very welcoming and attentive staff.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, courteous.

The best staff I have encountered at any establishment in recent times.
The food was delicious.
Rooms spacious and clean.
Our room had a shower over bath ( not ideal for our elderly parents) but we had not asked for a more accessible bathroom. Did not think of it in advance., just something to request if booking

The room had a built in shower- which was excellent but also had a bath in the middle of the bedroom- this was unnecessary and took up too much space.

The whole experience. The staff were extremely freindly and helpful. The rooms where first class and the liesure facilities superb. I should also mention the dinning which was another highlight.
The concierge, John, added a uniquely warming amd personal touch to the trip. He made us feel right at home and that we belonged. As did all the staff who helped make the trip one of the most memorable we have had
