Breakfast was good. Nice variety.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Room was a little noisy as it was on the side of the hotel were deliveries were made.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - made to feel very welcome and the setting and rooms were very good.
No coffee machine in the rooms but told these are ordered. If Spa had a cold plunge that would exceed expectations

Excellent breakfast buffet, dinner in hotel restaurant was good. Room was spacious, clean, lots of amenities. The hotel is expensive, but more for the money than comparable American hotels. Overall, a good value.

Staff were great, Martin an excellent barman was professional and his service was prompt. John the concierge went out of his way to make sure my needs—-train reservations, taxi requests, luggage security, etc.—-were taken care of. I would certainly recommend this establishment.

Everything about this place was exceptional.
The staff were fantastic and special mention to John guest managwt= concierge, nothing was a problem for him
If you needed anything, he was there ,very welcoming and accompdating to your nerds
Spa experience was great and facilities very clean.
Breakfast time was nice and relaxed.
Location was great and close to nearby Douglas and Cork City.
Go to Ego restaurant in Douglas 5 mins in car but book up, great food and nice atmosphere..
