The check in was online and the staff were there to assist if needed, the room was a good size and the heating and AC and wifi were very good. One of us had a good breakfast as I had to get a train connection early.
Better lighting in the room and maybe a fridge, not sure there was one.

The staff were nice.
Our stay we ended up in A & E with our 2 year old. As she managed to climb onto the bed, I'd say using the wooden shelf. And she fell off and fractured her collar bone. The beds are high up . We were flying out to spain the next morning. I didn't sleep a wink . The room was too warm, and the beds were rock hard. Our room was not child proof as there were also steps up to a window and she fell off them aswell. I was up to 90th. I did not enjoy our stay.

The room was a good size and not to everyone's taste but we had a view of a graveyard ! Hotel bar was open late with bar food offered late and bar staff were lovely. Great rooms as in watwr tea coffee and biscuits fresh towels
Up a hill !! After a day walking just about does you in tho the hill wasn't as bad as others felt the price was on dear size considering what we had paid else where
