Very Good
everything was good to very good. The rooms were advertised as executive king rooms and were priced for same. When we stayed - the rooms would be considered standard room - good standard, but didnt see what drove them to be classified as king executive rooms and then charge on room rate was high >350 through 3rd party booking site.
price for the room Car park was full to the brim and still letting cars in when we arrived - GAA match was clashing on the day. Would be good to hold some spaces for hotel guests / close the carpark when it was full and let hotel guests know of alternatives

The hotel is located a short walk 5 minute or less walk from the exciting, busy part of town. The hotel itself was lovely, bathrooms and showered were very nice, hotel bar was great, particularly Johnny!

We had a family night away in Cork city, this hotel hits all the right notes for a family stay. Staff were friendly, helpful, and presented as staff that enjoyed their work and were respected and treated well by management. Staff were kind and friendly with our children. Lovely rooms, simple, smart, and minimalist decor throughout, great breakfast. Great location in a residential area only minutes walk from city centre. We'll be back....

The location was very good. Th breakfast was very good. The swimming pool & spa was very good, apart from the towels, which were paper thin.
The bar closing times were very hit & miss which was very annoying when planning the evening. A hotel bar should be open to a reasonable time. They tended to push you out into the lobby at the end of the evening instead of letting you finish your drinks in the bar area - even though there were shutters on the bar counter. The carpet in the room had brown stains on it and what looked like a cigarette burn. The rooms were very noisey with banging doors.

Close to city centre. Nice reception area.
We didnt visit the pool or had food in there, so I cant comment on those, but the room felt a bit small for 3 people, hallways permanently smelled of food and the lift took very long.

The facilities were well kept and clean. We had a view of the cathedral from our room which was lovely!
Parking was a nightmare, but the hotel was wonderful at letting me know ahead of time.
