Great location. Great pool. Nice bar and food.
The bed very hard. It needs a bit of maintenance the ladies toilets had broken taps and loo seats. The finish in the rooms things were a bit tired looking. The place needs a bit of TLC considering it is rated 4 stars

probably only thing we liked was the food
the family room we booked didn’t look like the photo of the family room yous advertise the room overall just felt dirty beds were clean but many problems with the room bathroom door kept getting stuck handle nearly falling off windows were filthy no hot water for bath tv remote wouldn’t work

All the staff were so friendly but yet so professional & especially when the lights went out around 1am & a lovely girl helped us to our room- her name was Suzanne I think but it definitely begain with an S
The room we were given initially was really bad especially for the price- Room 304 but when I went to reception & expressed my disappointment there was absolutely no dispute & we were given Room 403 which was excellent
