Good location. The bartender is wonderful.
The pool was small and had zero seating for parents to sit and watch their kids. The toilet seat in our room was broken. The hotel is in the midst of refurbishing, so all carpets were being worked on. The loft is incredibly slow when working. Around 4AM someone raided the recycled bins in the outside alley for almost 20 minutes, with a lot of glass and bins loudly banging. The parking lot is very tiny.

We loved the staff at this hotel ! The receptionists were so good when I burned my finger on my hair curlers and sorted me out with burn gel etc ! Annemarie at the bar was super friendly and made us feel so relaxed ! Every staff member we chatted to were lovely ! The dinner was really nice here and it was super tasty ! Loved my cauliflower tacos and the chips are top class ! My husband raved about his burger . The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable .
Would prefer a screen door instead of a shower curtain ! Room a little small for an executive king, in my opinion .

On the 5th floor it was quite hot, but the fan helped.

It was HOT in the room. They provided a small fan. The window barely opened and the room was incredibly warm all night. There was no ventilation. Very very uncomfortable
It was hot! The tv fell off the wall. The bathroom was falling apart

Staff were very nice. Great location. Clean and open front lobby.
Room was very hot (no A/C and a only one single tiny fan) and faced an inner courtyard so you cant sleep with the windows open as other rooms can look directly inside. The bathroom had a huge shower for wheelchair access but it was dirty and the curtain didnt block the water from getting everywhere. One single tiny pillow per bed. Musty carpets. No parking available. Had to haul luggage up stairs and cobblestones from 10 minute walk away.

The location was good and the view from the window is good.
The windows didn't open and it was very hot. The elevator did not work. The fan in the room was cheap and loud and didn't work well.

Location was very good. I didnt avail of breakfast as wasn't in my budget
Under the current heatwave would have loved air conditioning, fan was supplied in room but didnt really make a difference to the heat. As a safety issue i think it would be a good idea to get sockets properly fixed to the walls.
