We liked the location and the service.
The kettle was DIRTY. Also there were small little bugs around the room. A heavy deep clean of the rooms would be appreciated.

Good location. The bartender is wonderful.
The pool was small and had zero seating for parents to sit and watch their kids. The toilet seat in our room was broken. The hotel is in the midst of refurbishing, so all carpets were being worked on. The loft is incredibly slow when working. Around 4AM someone raided the recycled bins in the outside alley for almost 20 minutes, with a lot of glass and bins loudly banging. The parking lot is very tiny.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel …. One night we could not even eat in the restaurant as a function was happening , was advised by the hotel staff in the Saturday evening was to eat in our room , we were a large party and had family coming to the hotel to meet with us . We could not hear each other , the noise was deafening, and to be told to eat in your room was an absolute joke . Myself and another member of the party asked if we could use the restaurant to eat , but told it was set up for breakfast and we could eat on a sofa at a coffee table …. We even offered to make the table up after …. So we had nothing to eat that night , as we did not want to eat in our room …. When I went to look for some place to eat , found an empty conference / meeting room ….. surely that party could have been held in that room , so resident’s of the hotel could eat . At this point myself and the other members of our party became disappointed .
1) the tap in our room sounded like a plane taking off every time you went to use the basin .
2) Housekeeping came …. Not enough towels , tea/coffee etc not replenished , toilet not cleaned .
3) on the Saturday night had to ask several times to request people not leaning on my car in the car park smoking and leaning on the car
4) see above comments as regards food .
5) lift out of order for two days ….
6) the staff on the Saturday night not very helpful , dismissive and rude .

The property is situated in close proximity to the city center, offering a tranquil environment conducive to rest and relaxation.
The window in the room was secured for safety purposes. The corridor walls exhibited damage. For a 4-star establishment, the scenic views could benefit from further enhancement; in their current condition, they appear to be inadequately maintained. In the wellness area, seating options are not available.

Clean comfortable rooms with good tea/coffee facilities, bottled water and toiletries.
Paying for Carpark added to overall cost. Old fashioned wine glasses in the bar could be updated.

Staff were very friendly and close to the city
Lift was out of order and it was very difficult to find the room while carrying the luggage. The toilet and plumbing was very loud and not reliable
