Shower always took a while to get hot and then wouldnt stop even when the temperature was turned down so had to shower quickly!

Location, staff and facilities were good.
Weak points:
The moment we entered the lobby, we were met with a loud, chaotic crowd of drunk people — it felt more like a noisy bar than a hotel entrance. The noise was so overwhelming that we had to shout just to communicate with the reception. The atmosphere was nothing like what you’d expect from a proper hotel lobby.
The fish served at the meal wasn’t fresh either.
The hotel offers very limited parking, and guests with cars are forced to pay extra to rent a parking space — something that should really be included for convenience.

The location is handy. Parking near by for a hotel discount.
The swimming pool was lovely and the staff were nice. The changing room was good.
No electricity on arrival, which isn't the hotels fault, but wasn't the best greeting, no offer to store bags for us, ecetera.
The room was in need of maintenance. The window privacy screen was half falling off. The window handle was cracked. No water in the room on arrival and there was cup stain marks near the bed.
Bathroom - The bathtub looked like it had feaces stained on it, but really, it was just worn down. I needed white grout and a handle on the tub as it was missing, and no anti-slip mat in the tub. The tiles in the bathroom were broken. The grout in the bathroom needed some good cleaning.

nice hotel in a really good location, restaurant and bar down stairs are nice and have both guiness and murphys on tap. The gym is pretty good for a hotel gym

Good location to access everything easily. Quick easy check in and out. Daily cleaning, coffee and tea in the room.
Took a few tries to get the water temperature for the shower just right. Had to turn on cold bath tap to get it.

Beautiful place!!
The parking situation was bad. I ended up parking off the property at a parking garage. I brought the ticket to the front desk, they charged me 10 euros. When I went to the garage, the ticket they gave me didn’t work, and I ended up paying 28 euros more

Location was great.
Gym and pool hours were not conducive to sightseeing and then wanting to come back and relax. Everyday we came back pool and gym were closed and gym wasn’t open until 8:30 in morning.
