Excellent location. A short walk from Bons Hospital (accessed through UCC campus!). Only 15/20minutes! Only 5/10min walk into town. Very close to cafes/restaurants and convenience stores.

I only stayed one night, everything was great.
The hotel looks like it's been renovated; everything is new and spotlessly clean. I recommend the shower and the coffee machine. A bonus is the fridge in the room with cold water. Sparkling water would be nice, but I still recommend it 100%. I'll be back.

Wonderful
The room was a comfortable space that was furnished well and had a nice bed. The bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was good, with a solid range of appetizing breakfast foods in the buffet and menu. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The proximity to the city centre was convenient.
The room was too warm. Opening the window and turning on the fan helped slightly, but it was still uncomfortable from time to time.

The fireplace in the lounge was a welcome treat after a cool rainy day of exploring.

Very Good
Great location, easy to get to sites and city centre. The coffee was great and the fresh breads and croissants at breakfast were so good. Every bite of the fresh fruit cocktail was perfectly ripe.
The water tasted terrible. Really terrible. We had to bring in a 5L jug to drink over our stay.

I travelled Ireland for two weeks. This was the most expensive, overpriced room during that time but offered no breakfast. Way too expensive. But did have decent coffee machine.

Good location. Hotel has been recently remodeled and it shows. Great attention to detail and the rooms were very comfortable. I'd stay here again.
I did not like that it does not have an AC. It was cold out and got very warm in the room. We slept with the window open but the workers early in the morning woke us with the noise.

Location
Pillows were hard. As an elevator mechanic in the USA, I would call for maintenance before someone gets hurt. It smells like the brake is dragging and heating up causing the elevator to drop 1" we you enter, then it will relieve, and the jump up 1" after you exit it jumps up and relevels.

No Air Conditioning we were there in December and still felt the need at the very least to control humidity

Beautiful location right on a river. In a busy, yet quite part of town. A short walk in any direction found us everything we could need in town. Room was wonderful (shower was great!) and the staff was very friendly. Separated from the hustle and bustle with its own parking and was the easiest of our five hotels in Ireland to get in and out of. Great if you are road-tripping!

A front desk person was non-communicative and quite abrupt and rude .
Otherwise, the stay was great
