The breakfast was exceptional
We really enjoyed the stay the staff were great, attentive and very helpful.
Our room was upgraded to a suite and we had a jacuzzi bath
This is a gem. Best place Ihave stayed in Cork City. Walking distance to city centre about 5 minutes and University is very close too.

The blonde lady at check-in and checkout(sorry I could not read the name tag or place the accent) was very helpful,courteous and professional
Can't really fault anything really,maybe that the lever on the entry and exit of the car park was very slow.

It's very close to the city, staff friendly and accommodating your needs. Breakfast was delicious.
Bathroom needs to have a carpet or a heater as I was with attic and was cold. Room attendants need to be more careful in leaving the proper staff needed as I was annoyed to ask for things at the reception, all the time.
