We arrived early and wanted to change the room. Staff were very accomodating to give us a slightly larger room with better window views. We appreciated all the staff and were thankful they could make us more comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious.

This is a lovely hotel. Very cozy and comfortable with kind staff and a great location for anyone visiting Cork city! Staying in hotels around Ireland these days is so expensive, but this was wonderful value for money.

Excellent location, easy stroll to main sights, shops, restaurants and bars. Felt close enough to enjoy the city without feeling you were staying in the centre. Excellent parking facilities on site. The room itself was spacious and having a fridge in the room was ideal.

Several cool places to see within walking distance.
Over land bus stops nearby.
Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Very nice hotel, better than we thought it would be. Lovely room with plenty of space. About 10 minutes walk from shops, restaurants and cafes.
Staff were great, very friendly.
The room felt very warm. I'm guessing not a problem in the winter! ?

Good location. We also like the brightness in the room and how spacious it is for us to reorganize our luggages.
There’s no air-conditioning. However, the fan they provided was very useful and thoughtful.

Great location with parking. Super clean and attractive place. The staff is extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. Pleasant isn’t really a requirement for me but they simply are very. Very accommodating as well with a few requests.

The lodge was clean , breakfast was very good , staff were very friendly, great parking in the center of cork , and only a short walk to the city center with all the restaurants and pubs.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable.
No air conditioning, so had to open windows. People passing by hotel were yelling and shouting as they walked down the street and it kept going until 4:00 am. It was impossible to sleep. Room was hot even though it was in the cool outside.

Access to free parking! The staff was nice and the location was ok. The room was very clean and had a cute old fashioned telephone in it!
It was hot when we arrived. While they put a fan in our room, it was still hot. We were 3 people in the room. Me, my husband and 16 year old daughter. The double bed was small… we are tall people. So sleeping at night was tough. Otherwise, it was fine.
