Bed was massive and very comfortable. Had both a fan and a heater which I really appreciated.
The bath had a few smudges on it where an adhesive mat had been at one point, and a few cracks. Just normal wear and tear though, but still looked a bit rough

The room wasn’t very clean, there was so much dust on the head board of the bed the sink was blocked the food was absolutely disgraceful! There was a hole in the bedding

The only good thing here was the staff who did his best and get us a heater as the room was extremely cold.
Room in the gran floor not good. A lot of noise. Room super cold and heater doesn't work.

Clean and great location
Furniture a little old and tired. Stayed on a Friday night and at 7.45am on Saturday we were woken up by drilling! Could be a one off.

liked the location, price, breakfast
I didn't like that there was no soap in the bathroom at all, the bathroom door didn't close from the outside, and the bathroom drain was clogged with thick black hair to the point that the water barely drained.

Room was cold, didn’t manage to get rad valve to turn on. Noted on checking out but slightly dismissive response from staff.
