Room was ideal. Great staff.
Cold food and cold plates at the breakfast buffet. Food had been hanging around under lights for too long. VERY POOR for a hotel of this status.

Carpet not very clean, bar area very sticky and unclean, staff need training, you can’t mix wine in a glass because you don’t have enough to fill the glass!!!

Location was great. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was easy and reasonable.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Quilt too heavy. It was a downstairs bedroom, we could hear everything from next door. The bedroom was part of an adjoining room which may explain why.

I love the fact the bus dropped us off right by the hotel, the staff was so helpful with directions.

Close proximity to Train Station and Cork City Centre. The evening dinner voucher for €24 was very good value.

Bedrooms were big and comfortable.
Hotel was cashless and I wasn’t informed before arriving so I only had cash. Had to run around town to find bank machine but couldn’t one so ended up having to get money sent to my bank from family.
