It was a comfortable modern hotel and very well located. Breakfast was fantastic
The bathroom needed some upkeep. There were burned marks in the bath and it could have been slightly cleaner. Our bathroom light was broken though reception fixed it immediately

Excellent location. Very comfy beds. Clean room. Enjoyed breakfast. We asked for a quiet room which it was. Was able to use the car park easily - but didn’t move it once we were in.
The bathroom could be updated and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night which was poor.

Disappointing
Proximity to train station and popular street ... short 10mins walk. Close to meeting place for local tours.
Falls far short of its 4 star ranking. The room was small and it really warm. We had request for 2 fans and were provided with 2 table ones that took up almost the entire table. There was no provision of some basic grooming/bathroom needs: shower cap, hair conditioner, tooth brush. Our room faced a car park and what looked like refuse disposal areas at the back of what looked like factory buildings. Definitely not value for money.
