The room was of a suitable size, and the beds were very comfortable and clean. The bar staff, particularly one man working there, was very kind and helpful
The amenities, such as the kettle in the room, would not work, but in fairness to the staff, they promptly got us a new kettle that worked.

Great location very nice & clean hotel through out. In a great location to pretty much anything in cork. All staff were very helpful with anything we needed!
Bathroom could have been cleaner but nothing major.

Location was excellent, staff very friendly.
Could do with more variety at breakfast and could be hotter. Could have a bottle of drinking water in the room. The cover of the toilet was not secured properly and was moving.
