The staff was very friendly, warm, and helpful.
One of the towels in the room had a stain. The shower (bath) was old and worn; it drained poorly as well. The bathrooms could use a bit of modernisation. The window was the only way to cool the room down as it seems the heating was controlled centrally by the hotel, and kept fairly high. The food for dinner was a notch below mediocre.

Friendly and accommodating staff.Perfect location to city and public transport
unfortunately beds were not comfortable and pillows were hard compared to what I am used to.This is very much a personal thing and other guests may enjoy a firm option for both matress and pillows

Great location : easy access to station, town , bus stations 2min walk. Perfect! Comfortable bed - comfortable hotel Good breakfast Good value for money
The bar staff were a bit lost with what to do with orders Kept getting it wrong First night dinner was a disaster, got better the other days. Just be patient and empathetic with younger new staff.

The location was really good, in the center and if you need the bus, the bus station is really near the hotel. Hotel is neat and the staff friendly and helpful. The double bed was comfortable and the view from the room to the river was nice. I got even more fresh vegetables served for my breakfast when we asked them. I can recommend Leonardo Hotel.
It would have been nice to have a walk-in shower instead of the bath in the bathroom.
