Good
The location is great, staff were friendly and professional.
We arrived at 15.00 and our room wasn’t ready.

Wonderful
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. The staff were incredibly hospitable and there was a great breakfast.
I prefer a screen to a shower curtain, but it’s not the end of the world.

Wonderful
Location made it very walkable to old town, bus station. Very pleasant staff.
The fact of not being able to open the window wider. Nice weather and it was blazing hot in our room, even with running a fan.

Good
Staff was excellent and responsive to requests and beds/bathroom were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic❤️
Location was a bit sketchy - especially behind the building with urban campers yelling late into the night. I was under the impression that parking was included but I must have been mistaken. Weirdly warm weather - nothing you could do about that but served to highlight that there was no air conditioning.

Wonderful
Its near everything. A short walk to city centre
At the back of the hotel a lot of homeless gather there during the day begging and seem to sleep there at night. It makes it seem unsafe coming back at night. We took the long way back to avoid them.

Would like the Rooms to have a ceiling fan or air-conditioning and the bathroom without a Tub and with a hand shower

Wonderful
The location was convenient to the train station and events going on in South Cork that weekend. The room was very comfortable. I did not like their tea selection. I had to go down to the restaurant to get some Irish tea bags.
This end of Cork was very comfortable for walking, which I did a lot of.
It would have been nice to have Irish tea in the room.

Good location
Rooms need to be updated. No safe in room. I thought Leonardo Hotels always have a safe in the room.

Wonderful
The hotel was lovely and in a great location. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great value and absolutely delicious! Receptionists are able to order taxis for you quickly
It was a little overpriced for how simple it was. Also it was difficult to find the car park and as it was small, not guaranteed a spot
