Everything about this hotel was excellent - we will be staying again in July. Location, staff, breakfast, all dining options. The bar is a beautiful room and had entertainment every night
There was nothing I didn’t like - the only thing would be it is a shame they don’t have parking available closer to the hotel as had to park about 10 min walk away

Good location and really comfy beds. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Initially my room was beside noisy exterior air conditioning units and when I asked the staff about a possible swap they were so helpful and accommodating and even upgraded me to a bigger room!

room was lovely, clean, cosy, view not great, but it was at the back of the hotel and its in the city, so to be expected
breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, there's a nice bar. I enjoyed my stay
I like this hotel, the location is great, right in the heart of the city, the only downside is lack of parking, but this is because of its central location

Excellent location, walkable to everything. Lovely friendly staff. Great breakfast. Rooms spotless.
The car parkis too far away especially if you have to walk back in the rain. They did say you can pull up outside and drop your bags however I circled twice and the front of the hotel was full of taxis. There is a nearby Q Park car park, which would be much better and a shorter walk if the weather is unpleasant. The room was small, okay for one, but quite tight for two, and it was very hot.
