at first we were given a terrible room with a window that did
not seem to have opening access to the outside ! But they upgraded us and we got an amazing room. The gentleman at reception was so helpful and was excellent at his job.

the spa was great and is a separate company. The staff is lovely and helpful. The location is okay. Parking is a pain.
The floor was sloped. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. The tea tray was stuff in a closet. The cords could be plugged in and allow the kettle to be on a flat surface. The coffee maker had to be placed on the floor. The bath didn't seem clean. The TV was uncomfortable to watch. There is no real hotel lobby. The service was nonexistent in the bar.
