Beautiful hotel, very grand. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I was only there one night but will book again if in Cork in the future.
I prefer single use toiletries rather than refillable ones in the bathroom but thats not much of an issue.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and the hotel is spotless and very comfortable
There were a few issues to be honest. They dont cater for vegetarian or vegan, the lobby toilets were filthy on one of the nights, some members of staff were very rude. Im not a high maintenance person in general but there were some problems. They made a mistake with my bill and accused me of underpaying which i was thankfully able to prove payment but as an organiser of a large group i was mortified.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location to see round the city.
Having to shower and shave in cold water on the first day. There was no hot water for most of my first days stay.

Very large room. Extremely comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great bar. A special mention for the barman Francisco.
The open shower meant the bathroom floor was very wet.

The hotel is exceptional. The staff are really lovely and the rooms are immaculate. Smart TVs ensure you can stream your favourites before bedtime

Good customer service and clean
Room temperature set by default to +22C way too high and causes discomfort during sleep when forgotten to be adjusted. Filtered coffee offered for breakfast was undrinkable...

Bit disappointed that Staff in no76 would not help with drink and then I had to go to Sketch to get drink and then Cafe to get a coffee and bring to 76.
