Handy location. Very central

Central location, Excellent breakfast, Very comfortable beds, Entertainment subscriptions (Netflix, Apple tv,...) were a nice surprise. The facilities are good and general vibe of the Hotel is authentic imperial style
Door and walls are not exactly sound proof, so you can still hear movement and noise from the outside.

Location was good
Rooms were clean & confortable
Breakfast was nice
We were a bit late for breakfast( 5 minutes) so was told we were too late and no hot breakfast available . Our fault so we accepted that. However people came down late when we were there the next morning and got breakfast so we were a bit put out as breakfast is expensive .
Parking is great to have but we're not familiar with Cork city so drove around three times before we found it ,a bit of a walk so dont have heavy bags

Venue lovely and clean. Fantastic beds and delicious breakfast.
Lack of parking - it was awful having to drive to 2 locations and walk back with luggage in the rain. The conceirge should have taken the luggage when giving me directions to park. Then to get there and be told it was full was just terrible. However the final insult was the staff telling me there was a €15 charge!! When I asked why the hotel advertises parking included, I was told It was a city location and a charge is to be expected. Very disappointing!
