An absolutely incredible stay! The hotel’s atmosphere is magical, and the staff’s attention to every little detail made everything feel so special. Everything was incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing. I’d give 11/10 just for the Christmas tree in the room and the fireplaces in the lobby! And the pool and hamam were a wonderful bonus.
The only thing I would improve is the quality of the dishes at Perrotts Garden restaurant. They were fine, but didn’t quite match the overall level of the hotel.

The Hotel was beautiful very comfortable. Nice walk into the city. We stayed in the Forde Suite it was fab. Lovely choice of places to eat in the hotel.

The staff are extremely polite and very welcoming. Nothing is a problem for them. A warm inviting athmosphere awaits you on arrival. Lovely ambiance in the lobby and bar. Safe and secure parking with someone to help with the luggage. Everything you would expet from a five star but done with a smile.The food in the restuarant was fantastic. We ordered breakfast to the room and it was hot, well presented and very tasty. Highly recommend and will always go back there when visiting Cork

We had lunch and breakfast there, lovely food and very good service. Hotel reception area was beautiful and cosy
I hated our room 202, I've stayed before and had lovely rooms. This time our Air Conditioning unit was above our bed, so when it was on it was blowing down on our heads. And the view was at another building. Also terrible draught coming from the window which was closed. Rather upset when I realised my friends had also booked through booking.com and had been given much better rooms than ours
