Pretty setting, lovely and inviting common areas with sofas and chairs in the lobby to sit and relax, a nice and atmospheric bar, 2 good restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and bathrooms have been completely renovated.

We absolutely loved The Hayfield Manor! What an absolute gem we found in Cork. The grounds and hotel were beautiful. The staff was superb, the breakfast had many options to choose from, and the restaurants were excellent as well. We arrived late that evening, and they kept the restaurant open for us so we could eat. There was a piano in the lobby and someone was playing each night we were there. It was nice to sit and have a drink while listening to the music. The staff was helpful helping us plan our daily activities. The rooms were spotlessly clean as well.
