Disappointing
This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and it was one of the worst rooms we have EVER stayed in. Never had to climb over each other to get in bed.

Everything, the room was fab, it was for myself and 3 sisters, celebrating my birthday, sea view beautiful, breakfast gorgeous, Bar staff lovely and front desk staff fab, short walk to other bars and quite special! I must take my husband next time

Beautiful location and nice base for touring the area. Breakfast was nice. Beds are comfortable and our family room was lovely and big. Great view from the room! Loads of towels, Voya toiletries in the bathroom which is a great brand and well stock tea and coffee station in the room.
There was a wedding on at the same time we stayed & I know the staff were tired from it but the attention to detail just dropped because of it. Also this is an old hotel so it means a lot of carrying bags up and down stairs which was no issue for me but flagging for anyone who has mobility issues.

Friendly staff and a complimentary room upgrade to sea view for 1 night.
Hotel really is a little worse for wear & there is a musty smell in a few areas including the room.

Located in the most beautiful situation with views over the bay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel feels welcoming, a little oldie worldie, which adds to the charm. Lovely dining terrace overlooking the bay for breakfast
The spa experience was lovely, the massage great and the staff excellent, however the spa terrace was very untidy and cluttered and the garden in need to some tlc

Had to change rooms as the first room was not really acceptable, moved to a nicer room but still lacked some facilities and comfort

Pleasant
Location was fantastic. Front of hotel overlooking the sea and close to the village. Staff very friendly . Easy parking
Decor in main area was very tired. Bedroom was very nice but the 'forest view' we were looking forward to was mainly a dilapidated shed. Breakfast was good but the food at lunch was poor, so we didn't eat there at dinner.

Gorgeous views, amazing breakfast, wonderful staff
Needs a major overhaul. The rooms were somewhat updated which was nice but the hallways, lobbies and common areas were in bad shape. The carpeting is filthy. Not sure why they dont put new in. Would make a world of difference.
