The bar downstairs was nice. The rooms were pretty clean but felt run down.
View from the room was a McDonald's parking lot that really noisy all night. The rooms were hot, no AC or fans. We requested one room with a double bed and one room with twin, but both rooms had twin beds. The bathroom was acccessible, which is a nice feature that we didn't request. Shower water got all over the floor because there was no shower enclosure.

Location is great and it is modern
Parking was a stress as an outside company clamps cars. Pay per day was expensive so I was paying by the hour which was stressful if forgotten about

What a central part of Douglas with everything you need around you ! Very clean and comfortable and the hospitality could not of been any better if you tried.

Staff were friendly.
No cups or plates in room to have tea, very sparse furniture, could only pay by credit card, and there was an engine of some sort to be heard outside in the yard all night.
