Very convenient location to the Cork Airport and a 5 min free shuttle to/from airport. The room was spacious for the room that I reserved, and the hypoallergenic bedding and flat sheet, which I had requested, were waiting in the room upon arrival. The New Yorker restaurant offered good choices but somewhat pricey. The breakfast in the Atlantic restaurant was mostly self-serve and had great cold and hot choices. The wait staff was very good.
The hotel was functionally excellent, but a bit lacking aesthetically. There was only one very small elevator for the entire building. The cost of my room was too high for what I got. The outside environment was not conducive to walking--for that, downtown hotels would be a better choice.

Breakfast is a joke. 7am is too late for local workers. There is a queue at 6:55am. The lady asks the room number, then takes every individual to a table. Then removes a place sitting if its a single person whilst the queue builds. All people like me is a breakfast and then to get away. Please sort this out.

Beautiful room, hotel shuttle, easy parking
I had to return my dinner as it was cold.
Left a silver chain & a set of silver earrings in the room after me, and the hotel management were NOT able to locate them. They were of sentimental value.

A lovely atmosphere, we had dinner in the restaurant and it was fabulous. Staff were great, very friendly and pleasant.
There was an eldery man playing piano in the lobby, Vincent, and he made our night. A great character and a great choice of music.
We had an early flight the next morning and the hotel taxi brought us and collected us when we landed back, will definitely stay here again if flying from Cork airport for an early flight.
Room was stunning also.
Everything was amazing, nothing to not like.

Staff very friendly without it being forced. Room extremely clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus was welcome for us. Love the lighting. And the food in the restaurant was absolutely excellent.
We knew they stopped serving at 9.30pm so made sure we were in the restaurant in good time .. I reckon about 9. The food was excellent and we were having such a lovely meal but we were left unattended for the longest time after we finished our main meal but then we asked for the dessert menu as everything was so good. Absolutely gutted when the waitress said the chef had gone home! Not good! Why we were left for so long? Why weren't we told the chef would leave at ?? Why didn't someone assess which of the customers might want a dessert? Everything else was so good so this disappointment seemed all the greater for it

The staff were fantastic.
The breakfast was amazing.
We spent three nights here recovering from our travels and had a wonderful relaxing time. Looking forward to our return.
