Wonderful
The staff. The lady that checked us in was absolutely a delight, so friendly and helpful. Emma/Emily if you see this thank you for being so welcoming, you are amazing at what you do!!
My only complaint was the room we were in, we were unable to open the windows so I found the room very stuffy, lacked air flow. Availability to a small fan would have helped

The location was walkable and the hotel was nice but our room would not cool off and the bed was not comfortable at all. We thought parking was included because it said 'parking' online. However, you just get a discounted rate for the parking deck. The onsite restaurant was average and the breakfast was just okay. It was clean and in a good location.
The AC would not cool the room and the bed was not comfortable. Parking should be made more clear. Overall though it was a nice location and hotel

Hotel room is very clean, hotel staffs are very friendly, room is spacious and good bed mattress.
Location wise it was not very close from Kent station and a bit of walk to the central.

Location
Cleanliness, room not clean when presented, switched to new room which was also not clean. Staff had no communication between departments and in the end we ended up in the original room, now cleaned. We arrived about 7pm and got into our room about 10:30! They did give us 2 free dinners with drinks. Room was often "not refreshed" when we would go out & come back around 4pm. Also the grossest shower mat I have ever seen was provided for the tub, I wouldn't have used it for my dog. We eventually put in the garbage can so they would take it away.

Breakfast was excellent both food and service ….out side windows open which was a plus
Dinner Service in the main restaurant was terrible….parking very difficult and as it is in a public parking….AC really did not work

The location and we loved the view
The room that we had was very dirty and needed lots of fixing. You could tell that it had not be cleaned properly before had. If we had noticed earlier we would have asked for a different room

The location was great, especially if you're arriving by train or bus. I also liked that there was a large storage drawer under the bed that was large enough for my big suitcase! The steam and sauna was a lovely option at the end of a long day of exploring.
The rooms are indeed very small. We upgraded to a king bed and I can't imagine the queen size room would have been very comfortable - the rooms are only as wide as the bed is long.

I didn't enjoy what appeared to be a police officer in the lobby when my friend and I returned asking for room numbers and last names. It felt invasive.

Check in was quick; Brian was helpful and kind. We were able to check in earlier which was great.
rooms were very clean. Cleaning staff were thoughtful and responded quickly to requests.
Cost was quite high; food was very expensive - after one meal we ended up finding other places to eat.
Not being able to bring children into the pool after 7 was an inconvenience after a long day of sight-seeing.

The facility seemed to not be kept up. Bathroom had issues with the shower leaking onto the floor and when flushing the toilet the first time, the flushing panel broke and became detached
