Breakfast was quite good. Options were adequate
I would prefer if the coffee served at breakfast could be served in a pot rather than a mug. I think mugs are for casual drinking. Cups and coffee in pots give a I neederefined vibe more suited to breakfast.

The free parking car, staff, breakfast, location
My family and I went to have breakfast around 8:30, many things had finished and by the end of our meal nothing had been replaced.

Good
The hotel is central. The staff at reception, especially Debbie were outstanding. I had problems with rooms but it got sorted out without to much problems. The rooms are spacious & the beds clean & comfortable. The bar & breakfast areas were clean & inviting with good choice of foods & drinks. Staff were lovely.
Seeing the hotel from the outside online it looked great but the reality of it was disappointing. The building looked grubby & dirty. The windows needed cleaning & the building overall needs a makeover. Although the staff were lovely, the leisure facilities need updating, especially the steam room ( missing tiles) & the changing area was untidy. The rooms are great, plenty of room, which is great for a person with disabilities like myself When we first arrived the room we were given had a nasty view but a beautiful bathroom with ahower. Debbie on reception gave us a different room but no shower, which I was unable to use. Finally got a room with shower but found the shower itself wasn't disabled friendly. It was quite slippery & no hand rail or seat. If these minor things are adjusted too, the whole experience would have been superb.

Wonderful
Lovely location and staff
Beer is extortionate price, I had the pulled pork for dinner and the black pudding was rocks, I think they were breakfasts puddings from earlier.

Good
Always a good location.
Got room on first floor this time for 3 nights . It backed onto some sort of homeless shelter and all I could hear the first 2 nights was shouting and fighting. Could hear some points during the day also . Thought pricing quite high also .
