Very Poor
Bugs in the room and bed. Air was broke room was stifling hot. No hot water. Loud music and noise until 4am
No staff at the front desk.

Staff were so kind, so aesthetically pleasing,cosy beds, such a good location
The lamps and the toilet were dirty but it was okay no complaints

Rooms facing inwards were dark and you couldn't open the windows to fresh air
The shower trays were full of black mould
The breakfast staff were a bit overwhelmed by the volume of guests, eg queue held up waiting for plates which when they came were cold

Its near bus station which is convenient for me as I was sending my daughter to UCC
The limited toiletries and the quality of tissues given cant be used for face as the material is quite coarse and I had to purchase a box to use it for my face.

Our windows overlook the lounge area of the hotelso you couldnt open windows for fresh air and there was black mold around the shower floor.

Disappointing
It was easily accessible to the areas we wanted to visit.
The room was dirty: stained carpet, moldy grout in the bathroom; bedside lamps filthy. You can tell this hotel used to be beautiful, but it is in need of an update/refresh. The public areas are also very worn.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, great location
There is a self check in machine. While it is a great idea, I think it could be positioned better maybe turn it away from the waiting line, when entering details on the screen anybody thats waiting in line behind you can see all your details as screen is very big, not really ideal. Otherwise excellent idea.

If you get a room on the back there are bums making noise all night. They did send security to clear them out but unfortunately they cant pick their neighbors
