The location was super! Within walking distance to the city centre. Beds were comfortable.
Didn’t find the staff overly friendly in any part of the hotel including reception. Breakfast service left a lot to be desired. Bar menu limited and over priced.
The cost of parking is extremely expensive considering what money you’ve already paid to stay in the hotel.

Most staff were very good with a big call out to the guy at the entrance who was very helpful even in the rain.
One of the managers at the desk was very condescending and patronising when I had a query.

Location, quiet very comfortable room, friendly staff.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic, breads, and other food items needed replenishing more often as quite busy there.

Closeness to city centre, very clean and great facilities
Loud from the street at night, personally found the beds way too soft and therefore couldn’t sleep; but that’s just me.
I didn’t like that they don’t advise you that you can get eggs or pancakes at breakfast. You’re paying enough, you shouldn’t have to spot someone eating them and have to ask!

Food was good, beds were comfy and staff were nice.
The bathroom was disgraceful and bedroom carpet and lamps were visibly marked/dirty.
Price for stay was extortionate for room that needs an obvious revamp.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and great location
Service in restaurant wasnt great, 1 staff member seemed to be alone taking drink orders and ordering food, food took nearly an hour to come and wasnt great, didnt get my room until 5.15 as I requested a room beside my friend( which was fine as I was happy to wait) but when I eventually got my room it wasnt beside my friend at all affer waiting until that time
