Central location
One of the rooms booked wasn’t ready even after waiting until late in the afternoon so the hotel offered a suite. This suite was unbearably hot as if it was next to a boiler

The location is closed to the Marathon meet up point, and the Jacuzzi is very warm and comfortable post the running event.
At the beginning, I thought the telephone was broken and thus informed the staff, the staff told me the phone was not broken and it is just pending to replace with the new phone, therefore all directory of the phone was removed. To avoid confusion, a note can be put next to the phone so there the customer won't get confused.

Wonderful
We were down to the do the marathon and the location was excellent for the event. The hotel is nice, really enjoyed having the pool facilities and the begs are mega comfy
Not too many negatives to call out. Some room facilities could prob do with a refresh over time - tv, coffee, bath etc... but that's only very minor in the grand scheme of things

Friendly check in, clean hotel. Nice coffee in the café. Good size room, air-conditioning, TV, hair dryer. Good parking with connection to hotel at discounted price of 12 euro for 24 hours.
Shower lacked pressure, not great at all. Especially if you want to have a shower after a swim.
Jacuzzi was closed in the morning, we were not told on check in at reception or when we checked in for the pool. If we would've known, we would've booked somewhere else as the pool / sauna and Jacuzzi is why we booked!
Coffee in the room was not nice at all.
Expected more from 267 euro for one night...

Fair
Bed, gym and jacuzzi /steam room
Nut house opposite and groups of druggies handing around the bottom floor making noise at all hours.
Food from the resteraunt and breakfast was just passable.

The staff were extremely friendly. The food was amazing. The location was fantastic with a lovely view of the river and city hall. We were close to the centre and busy streets, which made it handy for shopping.
The only thing that I didn't like was trying to find the car park under the hotel. We drove round in circles for a while. I then went into the hotel for advise and the receptionist gave me directions on how to get to the car park.
