Location and size of rooms were great. The facilities on offer are good.
The room we had was lovely but sadly the bathroom was not clean. As we got there late and only spent one night we didn’t really notice till the morning after. Reported to reception and we were given some money off.

It was very well located and comfortable
Automated check ins - no staff to help us with bags from the car park below - it was woefully tricky to get to our room and took three trips in a convoluted double lift journey with passes and all sorts of- I was travelling with a post operative friend

Great hotel and very lovely staff. Meals were really good
Very disappointed that parking was in a multi story car park which was paid for separately. There was a lift up into the hotel. But the cost was a lot extra at over €50 for our 3 day stay.
Booking. Com mentioned there could be a cost once but nit everytime they said tgere was parking.

We booked the family room for family of four and they only provided three towels. While not a big deal it did take a while to get the extra towel to the room.

Central to the city, car park underneath, great bar, a very spacious lobby area.
Comfortable rooms
Check in is 3pm which is late enough in the day but when we got there at 3 none of our 2 rooms were available to us, we had a drink in the bar when we came back to reception only 1 room was ready and we didn’t get access to the 2nd room till 4 pm which had us running late for our planned dinner.
