It was clean and staff were friendly.
We were in room 228 and it was very hot with no air con. We were also above the function suite and a function was on that didn’t finish until about 1.45am and it was really noisy.

Location, staff was amazing and very helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable.
No ice machine and no baggage rack.

The hotel atmosphere and settings were good.
The 40 minutes wait for dinner was not ideal.
The hot breakfast went cool/cold within 5 mins of starting eating it.

Good menu selection and a tasty breakfast.
Bath plus a shower in the room. Good sized flat screen tv with Netflix. Quiet rooms.
Nice leisure facilities.
Room needed a refresh.. Carpet and skirtings were worn.
Leisure centre changing room lockers needed refreshing.
