Large, spot-clean room, fantastic location, parking no problem, good WiFi, good Irish breakfast
The bathroom needs to be renovated, the pretty old shower needs immediate attention (broken handle). We were requested to order breakfast the evening before :-((

Excellent location for exploring County Cork and Kerry. Friendly owners and excellent freshly prepared breakfasts.
Shame the Spa bath in our room was out of order awaiting repair. For the cost of the B&B we would expect this to be operational. Everything else was fine.

Cannaway house is located rurally, a feature we look for when booking our accommodations. It was at the end of a long lane and a very stately large home. The room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Jackie assisted us in making reservations for dinner in a small town nearby. There was a large outdoor area that would be good for children to run about.

The breakfast was hearty and the view of the countryside from every window was delightful. The staff were very helpful.
The standard of upkeep could have been better, the place seemed tired, the bath/ shower didnt drain and many of the breakfast tablecloths were stained. With a little input and TLC the house could be beautiful.

The location was very quiet and beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was made to order, offered several options and was delicious. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Cannaway and hope to return one day!

Loved the welcome when we arrived. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was ok
There was no hot water in the bath there was something wrong with it. Fair enough my mum was offered a different room to have her bath but that was difficult for her due to dignity. She had a skin condition and huge hair loss so not as easy to walk down the hall to use a bath in another room.
