Location was excellent, right next door to Blarney Woollen Mills shopping . Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Bar food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Sorry but it was very hot un our room on a hot summer day. With global warming need warming need to consider air air conditioning.

I recently stayed at the hotel and found the rooms to be comfortable and perfectly adequate. However, I was very disappointed with the food, especially as I regularly eat in the other restaurants at Blarney Woollen Mills and have always had good experiences there. Breakfast was particularly poor. The sourdough bread was rock hard and inedible. I was very hungry but ended up leaving it because it simply wasn't enjoyable to eat. Overall, the quality of the food did not match the standard I have come to expect from Blarney Woollen Mills. I understand that prices are higher because of the hotel's location beside a major tourist attraction, but the quality of the food simply did not justify the cost. When paying premium prices, I would expect a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the food was well below expectations and let down what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was great and the room was very nice. The location is great.
The Air Conditioning. The room was very warm and we had no A/C in the room. The hotel did provide fans, however it just was not sufficient to cool the room.

The room was incredibly stuffy, no air movement at all. There were two pedestal fans in the room that needed to be on all night.

Location is fabulous. Food very good and that was dinner and breakfast.
The bed was far too soft. The hot water from the rap was like a boiled kettle ie. far too hot and our room had one window only and it was a heatwave when we were there.
