Margaret and Jim were excellent hosts. Room was spacious, clean and had an amazing view of the coast. Short cliff and beach walks near by and excellent coffee shop and restaurant in the Roscarbery.

The best part of entire stay was the unparalleled hospitality of the owners Margaret & Jim which cannot be described in simple word. Both were very helpful by giving us the valuable tips and suggestions to make our trip memorable.
The property was immaculately decorated to create elegant atmosphere. It was super neat and clean. We were given the bedroom with excellent sea view that enhanced the flavor of our holidays. Bathrooms were so specious, warm and clean.
There is enough parking available for the guest’s cars.
Overall it was one of the best stay that I had in life.

The bedroom was so nice and clean, the balcony looked over the town and the ocean, and the shared bathrooms were kept clean and available. The hosts were available to help with any questions and even had great recommendations of what to do nearby.

The house and room were beautiful and very clean. Margaret and Jim were so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was amazing- great view of the ocean and hills! If you are looking for a place to stay in Rosscarbery, I highly recommend staying here!!

Jim & Margaret are exceptional hosts. Really a pity that we stayed only for one night. We felt welcome from the first to the last minute of our stay. Everything was so clean and the breakfast is a big plus.

Staying at Bethel Guesthouse was like being embraced in the warm arms of your Irish aunty and uncle! Margaret and Jim were just lovely - they were happy to chat, and were genuinely interested in engaging in conversation, hearing about our lives and travels, and giving helpful suggestions on places to visit in West Cork and beyond. The Guesthouse was very comfortable, with gorgeous views, and a lovely continental breakfast. Free and convenient parking.
The location is quite good between Rosscarbery and Ownahincha Beach, but walking to the beach means walking along the roadside, and being careful about passing traffic. The Guesthouse would not be convenient if you don't have a car....

Jim and Margaret are amazing hosts. I felt like I had been transformed back to my childhood home…the breakfast was incredible, location was perfect for us and they both provided us with any extra information we needed for the surrounding areas. A million percent recommend!!!

The view from the house is stunning.
The hosts will make sure all your needs are met and will go extra mile to do that - very gracious. They remembered each guest by name and their stories, that amazed me.
The bathrooms are shared between all the rooms on the floor I stayed at but the bathrooms are beautiful and kept clean at all times.
The room was spacious with a sink in it, that was really important. The bed and the comforter - very cozy and comfortable.
Cash payment preferred but also Revolut accepted.

My friend and I loved our stay at Bethel Guesthouse. We were traveling north on the Wild Atlantic way. Therefore, we stayed only one night. However, I wish we could have stayed all week. Jim and Margaret are both such lovely and welcoming people. I hope to see them again. The property is absolutely beautiful with a stunning view. I cannot say enough good things about our stay.

The Bethel Guesthouse is a wonderful place to stay. The view is gorgeous and breathtaking. We sat outside on the porch to take the sights in.
The proprietor's, Margaret and Jim are extremely welcoming and accommodating and go above and beyond to make you comfortable.
Breakfast is lovely with assorted cereals, toast, fruit, cheese, OJ, tea's and other edibles.
The room had a beautiful view, was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
When we return for another visit we will be staying at The Bethel Guesthouse. Jim and Margaret are so friendly they are now friends of ours and we look forward to seeing them again.
