Good
Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating
Carpet and furniture didn't look or feel clean. Furniture placement at the foot of the stairs made maneuvering the stairs difficult.

Good
Location, parking, breakfast, recliner in room, & garden.
Street noise, irregular & unreliable heating system, limited tv selections, patio door jamming.

Wonderful
Room was very spacious. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff very friendly. Accomodation beautiful.
This was my lack of research but I did not realize that the accomodation was not accessible to town or any restaurants without driving. So for every dinner we needed to pay to park the car in Cork at one of the parking garages to get dinner. I was not anticipating that.

Poor
It was a cute place outside. We were close to the city enough to take the bus. There's a fast food place nearby. I can't think of much else because I was so disappointed by the whole thing. It was warm inside.
I want a refund- this place is great at marketing but rubbish at keeping up those appearances once you're there. They had me pay, ignored their promise of a drink and something hot from the oven on their website and led us up to a dirty and dissatisfying room. At breakfast, we could hear all of the employees at the hotel gossiping loudly in the next room. Unprofessional. The food was just fine. We felt unwanted the entire time and like the staff felt we were imposing. I want a refund on my time and excitement I wasted on this during my one and only honeymoon. It was dirty and everyone there seemed annoyed at having guests at all.

It was absolutely lovely to walk into the breakfast room after a restful sleep from a long day of travel. And delicious, too! ? The Gazebo area was especially beautiful as well! We loved our whole experience so much, we extended it through another night’s stay rather than to spend it in Dublin where we ended our stay in incredible Ireland~Thank you for memories to keep and hold in our hearts for a lifetime ❤️
Can’t think of a thing! ?

Wonderful
Good price good service good staff
Only downside is the access route. You need to drive through a very narrow street and if a car appears in opposite direction, you will get in trouble.

I did not check if they had an elevator. They dont and for anyone with knee issues that could be a problem.

Disappointing
The lobby was cute, and the breakfast traditional and cool!
We didn't realize this property was right off the freeway. That definitely dampened the vibe a bit. The room was fine, but we didn't feel particularly relaxed in there.

Good
Good breakfast, our room was quiet.
The manager just didn’t respond to a query of changing dates. Still waiting. The staff were very abrupt, no good morning or anything civil but tea or coffee ? Sit there. Not convenient unless you had a car. Buses ran late( obviously not the properties fault) so public transportation was not a great alternative in the rain. Would have liked a breakfast menu to browse rather than having it rattled off before even sitting down. The property is very tired and can do with a lot of cleaning. Mold in the shower, flaking paint, couch in the room sagged, felt like little or no thought to the furniture. We stayed in places with antique furniture before but it felt good. This was not the case here. Breakfast was good but not great.
