Elaine was very helpful. Phone call to establish time of arrival. Prompt attendance when we arrived. Showed us to our living quarters. Gave us details on where best in town to get food. Then cooked a tasty breakfast the next morning
Only thing to note was that the milk had gone out of date in the room and kitchen. We highlighted this to Elaine and she was prompt on getting it sorted and appreciated the feedback

Wonderful
We loved the hosts and peaceful environment of the farm. We could see deers and birds, it was a perfect place to stay. The breakfast in dining room was delightful. We loved the dining room. The hosts were really nice and helpful, we had a good morning conversation, they also have us very good recommendations for our tour for the day.

Wonderful
The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and a great size. The host (Elaine) communicated well with us and was very lovely. Elaine was very welcoming and we really enjoyed our visit during breakfast. We enjoyed our breakfast and had a very relaxing stay. We appreciated having the little kitchen in the same building and use of the microwave.
There was no or little cell service in the area. The WIFI worked perfectly but if you needed to place a call the service was spotty.

Elayne made sure our stay at Ballinwilliam house was fantastic start to finish. The bedroom and freshly cooked breakfast exceeded expectations. We booked because we were going to a gig in St Georges art & heritage centre and have no regrets. Thanks Elayne, we will be back!

Room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely gesture for valentines with the chocolates . Breakfast was amazing and we loved it .
Room was cold when we entered , and the shower had low pressure. Rooms decor a bit dated , not like in pictures .

Pleasant
Friendly host, very helpful. Location was nice also near enough to town . A bottle of their own spring water was left in room. Room was warm. Nice communal kitchen available with fridge. Wine available to purchase from their own vineyard in Hungary.
Room smelt of mould when entering later in night. Mildew on ceiling and around one of windows. Bed was not really comfortable. Toilet only flushed after long wait. During night could hear water tank filling , quite loud as we were in an attic room.
