This was fun little part of the city with easy walking to downtown. There is no elevator but the staff were lovely and offered to help us carry our bags.
I think the hotel is a little bit dated, especially the bathroom but it was good value.

Location was excellent and staff quite nice. On site parking was nice though a little cramped.

Wonderful
This hotel was an unexpected surprise. yes the furniture is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious (especially the bathroom), and comfortable. The location is fantastic, the staff are wonderful and there is free parking available at the property. Was a great stay and would recommend.
As I said, the furniture is a bit dated and the hallway carpets need replacing (or cleaning). But overall, it was a great value for money.

Staff was incredibly accommodating, insisting on changing my room to a first floor room before I could even ask when they saw my mother was an older woman who might have trouble with the stairs all the way up. Thank you again!!!

Great central location easily accessible by public transport. Plenty of pubs cafes restaurants around and easy walk to town centre Patrick Street. Nice breakfast in the hotel, and the staff were very nice and helpful.
Too many stairs, but they are clear about that and a nice young man helped with the luggage,

I have stayed here before and I would again. It’s basic but it’s clean and so close to everything
The only thing I would say is that the rooms really need black out blinds. I like a dark room for sleeping and it was very bright.

The property is exceedingly well located if you wish to explore the city centre area (a mere 5 min walk), and about 15 mins walk from Kent Station and Bus Aras (the main bus station). There are also a number of shops, restaurants, and bars within meters of the property. I didn't get breakfast or dinner there so I can't speak about it. Overall, it was good value for money. I chose this property on the basis of price and location for the specific appointment I had to attend the following morning.
There is a pub/bar right across the street (maybe 50 yards away) so it was quite noisy during the night. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room so it was stiflingly hot.

The location was fabulous
For such an expensive restaurant, breakfast was awful! For all of the heating tapparatus the food was cold and bland was probably the worst meal that we had while we were in Ireland. It also was more expensive than where my friend stayed which also was right there in the center of things so it seems that they’re a bit overpriced.

The staff is amazing. My son got sick, so we needed to extend our stay, and they did their best to accommodate us.

Staff was nice
For 188 usd a night it’s not worth it. Only the bathroom is updated but they have a floor mat that is full of mold and yellow for you to use. The beds are crusty and the floor was not vacuumed.
