The location was great, and the room was small and a bit dated, but clean and pleasant. Staff were really lovely.
The hotel was very dated, and the walls were very thin - my room was on the stairwell, and every time people went up and down the stairs, the noise and vibration was unpleasant! Breakfast was also not really worth the cost in my opinion - breakfast in the hotel can be convenient, but there were a lot of other good options within a few minutes walk which I found preferable.

Amazing location! Staff were super friendly! Handy parking at the back of the hotel!
Building is a bit dated and needs some work done on the outside. Our room was decent, just had our door keep banging due to other doors in the hallway opening and closing which was a bit annoying.

It’s a quirky, independent hotel in a great location near the English Market, etc. Staffers were pleasant and the room was very clean.
It’s in an old building without elevators. Even the first floor rooms are up more than one flight of stairs. For my husband and me (both in our seventies), the stairs and meandering layout were only a minor annoyance at check-in and check-out. FYI, the comedy club next door generated very little noise.
