Exceptional
Beautifully renovated hotel with super comfortable bed and very nicely decorated room, modern, clutter free and over clean.
We ended up hanging out with Don at the bar after an evening in the city and we had good drinks and lovely conversation. Both Dan and his manager were amazing hosts! Would recommend highly to friends and family to stay here if in Cork!

Wonderful building and rooms.
The central heating was quite hot and we were not able to control it.

Very Good
A perfectly lovely hotel for the most part.
I might recommend you skip the hotel breakfast. I wasn't a fan and its certainly not worth the 15 Euro.

Wonderful
Older building for sure, but she wears her age well. Very nice gym, worth buying the breakfast. Didn’t have a balcony room, but it might be worth it. Lively pub around two corners. Helpful staff
Read many complaints about the hill climb to the hotel. Wasn’t that bad. Could always Uber.

Very Good
The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very good value gor money.
It's a bit out of the town center but would definitely be a great place to relax. It was odd that the lift only went up two stairs and you had to get out and climb yhe stairs if you were on the third floor.

Very Good
Interesting building, restaurant good.
Staff was inconsistent and the previous reviews might be true. I would say not totally a 4-star hotel - good, not the best.

Very Good
Hotel was lovely, room was nice and spacious. Staff at Check In were very pleasant.
We were there for a family function, the car ran out of Lager Coors. (both upstairs and downstairs) And also ran out of ice. Very very poor.
