Lovely food. Staff very attentive. Bed exceptionally comfortable . Guinness was excellent.
Breakfast service was unusual. Waitress taking the orders. Would be better if you could get your own juice, toast and fruit etc. Don't get me wrong, breakfast was exceptional but it's nice to be able to help yourself a bit. It would take a lottle pressure off the waiting staff
The hotel could do with a little modernisation.. If this was done, it would be a 5 star .. Would i go back. Absolutely 100%

Stayed one night, receiving a great welcome to 4 motor cyclists enjoying the South-Westerly Irish coast. Secure undercover parking for the bikes, spacious, high quality, clean rooms and first class-food. The evening meal and breakfast were the best we had over our 7 night tour.

The room was huge and the bed too. Bed was a bit too springy for my liking (that's not a complaint just an observation)
Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. My only gripe was that after specifically asking that the bill for dinner be charged to my room the staff allowed my dinner guests to pay.
But no problem recommending this hotel for food and accommodation. Friendly helpful staff.
My request that dinner be charged to my room was ignored and I was embarrassed that my friends were allowed to pay

Restaurant was lovely, really delicious food. Good location.
Perhaps the soft furnishings could be updated a bit, I know its country manor style but it did feel a little dated. The whole board for specials at breakfast and dinner just didnt work; difficult and unnecessary work for staff to try to cart around the board to each table, would be less awkward to just print out an A4 on the specials of the day.

The room was outstanding. we had a balcony room, which was wonderful and spacious, easily room for 3 of us. Having the bar attached was amazing. we had dinner at night, which was exceptional, and breakfast in the morning was cooked to perfection. All the staff were extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. Location right in the middle of town was convenient to every where only a 5 minute walking into the centre would certainly go back in a heartbeat.
Hot water in the shower took a while to come through but was very hot when it did.
