Great location in the center of town, clean room, comfortable and large bed, spacious room, delicious breakfast choices, welcoming staff. Caroline was great with communication prior to our arrival. Fluvio (sorry for what was most likely incorrect spelling) could not have made us feel more welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him. We regret the restaurant was not open the days we were staying because if breakfast is any indication of how dinner would have been, I suspect it would be nothing short of amazing. You could have an Irish breakfast, pancakes with fruit and orange flavored mascarpone (see photo). You get your own French press for coffee. Fresh orange juice and then some. The restaurant decor is so inviting and charming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our daughter (who we were visiting) was able to join us for breakfast for a reasonable price.
I have nothing negative to say. Just one thing to share for those traveling with luggage, you do have to use stairs to get to the rooms. But, that would not be a deal breaker for me. This place is worth the little extra effort it takes to get your bags to your room and I suspect staff would help you if needed.

LOVED the breakfast, probably the best breakfast I have ever gotten at a bnb/hotel/hostel. It was so big and filling we didn’t need lunch
Would be nice to have the tv on a wall mount to pull out, the angle was really strange

Breakfast was great with a wide menu that included a lovely fruit platter (enough for two) and delicious pancakes freshly made. Tea and especially coffee were a bit disappointing and brown bread as an option would have been nice. the staff were delightful, helpful, friendly and attentive - top marks!

Great location; very clean, bright, and spacious; fantastic shower with strong water pressure; very friendly staff; exceptional breakfast; very reasonable rate.
The only thing I didn’t like was that we only had time in our travel schedule to stay for ONE night!

Highly recommended. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the food is good. There can be a bit of noise from the street sometimes but it's a town centre hotel. Will be back.
