I can not get the invoice for my stay . the hotel says they can not give it to me because it was booked from 3rd party, not direct booking. while booking.com always direct me back to the hotel. SUPER CONFUSING AND ANNOYING. such a hassle to get an invoice that i have paid for and the hotel doesnt help at all. not sure why it is so hard to grab the invoice and send it to me

Great location with a convenience of a mall nearby. Great housekeeping service and friendly staff. There is a mall next door which is very convenient.
The only disappointment was the morning breakfast. The hot food was predominantly salty and unappetizing. I hope they can put more effort in making it palatable. The selection is wide and varied but I'm just disappointed with the taste.

The service was outstanding, the people are incredibly lovely and helpful and everything was comfortable and charming. A much friendlier atmosphere than in chain hotels in the US. The staff even learn your name.

Spacious lobby with lots of sofas while waiting for check in. Staff were always extra helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Compliments to Chef Nasrulloh.

Wonderful hotel, big rooms, excellent staff. Right next to Pakuwon mall Jogjakarta, with easy access. A bit far from the Jogja city centre.
