ok shower and WiFi, comfortable bed, convenient plug sockets, good location close to everything but very quiet. Free hot and cold drinking water, etc. NB breakfast not an option though there is kitchen and numerous options nearby. Place needs decorating, not that I mind. Staff friendly though very limited English. ok value though smarter places for same in Prawirotaman.
A bedside lamp would be an easy bonus. Typical Indonesian shower, makes most of bathroom wet. Not sure what’s heritage, maybe the doors?

The breakfast, maybe they better provide a nearby culinary food, of course with their rate and within their budget The pantry, maybe its time to rejuvenate their kitchen utensils..

The terras is very nice. It is a good place to relax and drink some coffee. Comfortable and clean room. Lots of parking spots. Great location.
The access to the hotel is not so easy because of the traffic and small access road.

Location was really good, close to the city centre. We had a balcony outside with chairs and table.
A lot of mosquitos in the room. We killed 30 for them when we came in. Towls and sheets were really old and had dirty stains on them. For the price you would expect you would get breakfast, but there was none.

I liked the coziness and the toilet facilities and the spaciousness of the bedroom.
Couldn't really feel the ac, the room was next to the alleyway so I could hear every person walking and motorbike passing by, but I got used to it in the end.

Dirty Bathroom and toilet, no extra bed as requested but only a mattress on the floor, room has no window.

I like it that it’s still retain traditional style. The door and windows that have part that can half open, that’s so nostalgic. the AC is working great and the staff clean efficiently ?? Comfortable to sleep.
- Suggestion to add water pitcher in each room. - there’s rats running around in the rooftop. - when we stay there’s a blackout for over 5-6 hours? it was so long and the room get hot because no AC. Genset important in this situation.

the staff were nice, the location was great just walking distance to malioboro street, the building is homey and vintage, price is also good.
the air conditioner was not working well and also too much mosquito in the room.
