A clean hotel with all the amenities needed for international travelers. The room is very spatious. The bed is comfortable. The wifi is good, I was able to get work done. The staff is 10/10 honestly, very helpful and kind especially Cece from reception. Also, there is a very nice and modern 24/7 cafe across the street where they serve amazing coffee.

This was a fabulous hotel in Yogya. Well located, exceptionally clean and quiet even though our room overlooked a school yard. The staff were outstanding, very welcoming and offering help if needed. Lovely pool and views on the rooftop. The breakfast was excellent. Excellent shower in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.
The only small thing is that the two pillows provided were both very hard. One fluffier/softer one would have been nice.

I had to put my creditcard number to reserve but once we arrive we still have to pay which is ridiculous. Booked the same way for Mercure and the could charge immediately from the used creditcard.
