The area is very nice, and not too far from borobudur temple. The room is basic with aircon & hot water, the host is very helpful.

The place is a little outside of town, surrounded by rice fields. Really wonderful and relaxing. The room is large, AC worked well and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and included fruit from Ukhi's garden. Coffee and tea available all day, as well as water refill. They offer affordable pickup and drop off to the airport/ train station, and even scooter rental.
As a heads up, showering was with room temp water at best, but i didn't mind.

The location of the place is excellent for going to Prambanan Temples and to Borobudur Temple, it is in the middle of a quiet village. Ukhi is very responsible for everything what you need, offering a great transportation service but if you want to discover more highly recommended to rent a motorbike from the owner Ukhi.

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Borobudur and Prambanan temples. The hosts were very hospitable. They organized a meeting at the airport, provided a car with a driver to visit the temples. They served a delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. They are decorated modestly, but authentically and tastefully. The air conditioners worked properly. There was water, but without heating, but it was not ice-cold, and in such heat it was enough for us. There is a cozy courtyard with a table and chairs. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. At the same time, the area is far from the city center, the street is quiet, more like a rural area.

The local was tranquil and peaceful, the price is very cheap.
Although the price is very cheap, I would still have expected a bedsheet on the bed. No sheet was given, I had to use my beach towel to cover from mosquitos. No hot water, toilet paper or soap is provided. The sink was also broken and water leaked everywhere.

I really like the atmosphere, because when I leave the room, I see a very beautiful view of the rice fields and residents' gardens. At night I could hear the sound of crickets and frogs. I also like the breakfast because it is filled with home-cooked food. All members of the family who own this villa are very kind and very friendly.
Things that I think need to be added to this villa are toiletries such as soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. And maybe with the price of the accommodation you can add a cupboard to store clothes. Because so far I have stayed at a place with the same price and got wardrobe facilities hehe.

Ukhi, Iskandar and family are lovely and very helpful. We were very comfortable, it is a very peaceful and beautiful neighbourhood and we were able to rent a scooter from them so moving around was easy.

It was really a home stay concept and very familiar. Ukhi, his wife and son were very friendly and took care. He was reachable through WhatsApp and helping out. Ukhi offered a pick up and drop off from the train station and motorbike for a reasonable price. The breakfast was lovely prepared by the wife.
We had AC in the room. And if you have nice weather you can see Mount Merapi.
We were aware that by staying closer to the nature, there was more chances to deal with insects, but there were no things to avoid having insects and other animals in the room. DON’T FORGET YOUR MOSQUITOES NET. Our room just had a wall on one side, the other side was half open through wood, so the insect’s where coming in and out all the time. Maybe the other room’s are better located and more protected.
In the basic stay there is no hot water, but he offer us the option to have it for extra costs.
In the bathroom there is no washbasin.
