This unique hotel exceeded our expectations! What really stood out is the staff: they were so professional, kind and welcoming, gave us recommendations and made sure we had everything during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with artwork all over and many other details decorating the space, especially the garden and pool area.
The breakfast was delicious, we tried different options and everything was fresh. Would definitely repeat the experience if we get the chance to visit Yogyakarta again :)

The place is amazing. Nice rooms and stunning outside space, both around the pool and other seating areas. Staff very attentive and helpful. We had the Indonesia breakfast and it was fab. A real find and absolutely recommended.

Cleanliness, comfortable, and worth the price.
At first, communication with the hotel was a bit of a hassle—there were some restrictions mentioned over text, and it felt like certain things weren’t allowed.

I usually wait to leave a review till after leave but keep extending)))). First when you walk in there is just very impressive artwork (talented Japanese artist mostly). Then the room - I booked a normal room but it was bigger actually 3-4 times bigger than a new york hotel room. just huge with huge couch. Then Pash (hope spell correct) was just super nice and helpful in every way. I didnt use the pool but it just done so well. I rarely leave reviews and only when I'm overly impressed with the value for price. Stayed in hotels and airbnb over 500 days straight days and this hits the Price Value top 5%. You can spend $500 a night and regret it or 20% of the Price and sleep just as well and enjoy. They hit the price value on spot.
Need to say something cuz too many fake reviews these days and this not one of them.
I'm not a big breakfast person cuz if I stay at high end hotel with huge buffet I get fat lol cuz of course won't say no..Breakfast is good but don't expect a huge line up of buffets and enormous choices. So can't say I didnt like because I did - but some people might expect like the Beverly Hills hotel buffet and not the make it breakfast with a smile Indonesia style. So really nothing I would change!!!

It's like having a private villa with staff.
Ozzy and his team were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere is homely, welcoming with great art works all over.....such fun!

The place is very beautiful and unique with all the art, the room was large and comfortable and the breakfast options were all delicious. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and helped me book drivers, tours, etc around town. Many thanks in particular to Ozzy for all his invaluable help!

Spacious room and nice hot shower.good wifi. Lot of seating places in the common area.
Swimming pool with a bridge was not comfy to swim. For privacy lovers the supervisor is too intrusive in asking about our holiday programme.
Order breakfast directly at the registration is confusing and also to set our breakfast time, does not fit to a hotel in this price range.

Serenity, calm, old-school charm and warmth. Ozzy and his staff are so warm and genuine, they helped make our stay extra special. Loved the care and attention to details. Felt like we were with family and old friends.

Wonderful
Very comfortable, small-scale boutique hotel in city centre, with strong local vibe. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Trips can be arranged from the hotel.
It felt like coming home at the end of the day, we liked it a lot.
Everything was really ok, breakfast could be a little bit more varied,fresh fruit juice would be nice, but it is a detail.
