House is big enough to accomodate 7-10 people. Include 4 rooms, wifi, smart TV and they provided us with breakfast in the morning.

Very near to the city, very big house, host is very nice, and the breakfast is delicious, rooms are very nice, aircon works well, hot water works well, many toilets, free flow fresh water, working TV, beautiful Yogyakarta city
Nothing.
Everything is nice, maybe there are some ants infestation, so remember to keep your food well or in the fridge. also all the rooms are upstairs, so make sure that all your guests are able to climb. I brought an elderly along ~90 years old, so i had to top up to rent the space downstairs, but its cool for me.

the place is big which it has 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets i
think? not far from malioboro also. Breakfast meals are
included, and the nasi sedap juga. Would highly recommend
