Very friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere. They had snacks and tea for free in the outdoors seating area. Convenient location with lots of cafe and restaurant options right outside. The rooms are clean and comfy.

I stayed here for the second time because I liked it a lot the first time. The staff are friendly and the facilities are good. It is excellent for one person travelling alone.

The staff were great. For a budget hotel, it was brilliant. It is a "Shariah" establishment meaning that couples can stay only if they show they are married, but I was alone and this rule didn't apply to me. There were plenty of restaurants, warungs, and shops in the area, also becak drivers, and it a short distance from attractions like the Kraton and museums. I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast is limited to bread with various toppings, along with coffee and tea. We were perfectly happy with that. Location allowed us to walk to the Kraton, Water Palace, and Sonobudoyo Museum, all of which are well worth visiting.

Value for money homestay, very relaxed environment, they give us toast and spreads in morning although no breakfast, Location is close to palace & Malioboro street

The place is so nice. The location was perfect. The bed is very comfortable. They don't have breakfast service but they offer you a few things to eat and coffee/tea as a courtesy that is more than enough.
A little bit noisy sometimes because of the mosque close to the place.

Near to keraton, alun alun and taman sari but still in quite place. The staff are very friendly and like family. Cozy place feels like home.
