Very clean and open had a nice homey feeling to it, the staff were super inviting and made us feel so comfortable, made us all breakfast every morning whatever we asked for and it was just really nice to stay there, pool was huge and they had 3 massive bedrooms plus a big living area to chill out in
just a little bit loud with all the traffic going past but that’s to be expected so it was ok

The villa is very spacious with a huge swimming pool, sun lounges, kitchen equipment, pristine cleanliness, and exceptional service. Renzo, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure our stay is enjoyable. Kadek and Surya, the villa staff, are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and provide delicious breakfast every morning.
Prime Location and walking distance to restaurants and bars! Very Recommended ??

The breakfast each morning was lovely the staff members were fabulous so friendly and very polite and nice to us. Easy to get around from here.
Photos are of the property but maybe taken years and years ago when new does not do justice today. Wasn’t up to my standards at all. My back ached so badly from the bed was terrible. Can’t use kitchen at all can’t use the washing machine at all that’s why I picked this unit but now sorry we did. I would never ever stay here again. Money wise so much better all around you.
Pool man just lets himself in and doesn’t speak to you but walks right through the unit hangs around in there but doesn’t do anything at the pool at all, I’d love to know what he does if your not there when he comes, we had him walk in on us on two separate days neither day he did anything at the pool we were annoyed we weren’t told to expect him and he just walks into your unit.

Location is great . Staff exceptional, they go out of there way to be helpful. We left my husbands heart tablets behind they brought to us in canngu. Brilliant. Thankyou . They were the best ?? also great restaurant nearby- Kilos.
Little bit old now. Not quite as new looking. Dogs barked one night but staff talked to neighbours and didn’t happen again. Bathrooms need upgrade.

Very nice and big Villa with a big pool and super friendly personell. We loved our stay and we would love to come back!
Everything is in walking distance and there are a lot of good restaurants around. The villa is super clean and the breakfast everymorning was made with love and very delicious.

Villa Oberoi is a tastefully decorated, comfortable & spacious villa. The staff were amazing, so accomadating & friendly. The owner was excellent with great communication from start to finish. The location is handy as it's close enough to walk to all the nearby restaurants, bars & shops.
I have stayed in many villas in Seminyak & definitely rate this up there as one of my favourite. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in this villa.

Pretty much everything! The staff there was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the location was perfect not only to walk to places but in terms of where it was we felt safe. We loved the aesthetic, and had free cleaning service, the beds were AMAZING so comfy and large, I slept better than I did in my own bed. Aircon was cool. Pool was so nice.
The door to pool was a bit tricky but was easy to handle. Also there was birds sleeping on the roof so they were a little loud but I got used to it. It was only mainly the top floor where you could hear them.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable rooms, facilities and pool. The staff is super friendly. the street is a little quieter than close by ones, which feels a bit safer, especially with kids. The beach is a 15 minute walk and you can choose a road that is (almost) pedestrian only. 5 minutes away is the bustling street of Kaya Aya, where you have plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended property and area.

this villa was in a good location - about 15 minute walk to seminyak square. the housekeeper / cook was the loveliest lady. she is a top highlight from our time in Bali. extremely kind and accomodating, made lovely breakfasts for us and was overall a beautiful asset to the villa.
the owner came into our villa without warning us to give his friend a tour of the place. we found this quite unprofessional as it was 6 young girls staying here. other than that… nothing.

I love the good quality of bed! Sofa bed is also perfect - firm and comfortable. All beds are king size. Kitchen is well equipped with water dispenser, microwave and cutlery. Washing machine is available too. All of them made our stay with a child and an elderly comfortable. The living room is spacious too. The clothset is also well thought I must say. Lightning in the property is well designed too!
I think not much about the property but the barking dogs at night can be disturbing. :)

bugs, smell, the photo on booking says 3 room but it only allowed 2 room (not what the website tells). if we want to use the 3rd room (master bedroom) we supposed to pay 300.000 IDR more.
