We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at Villa Kamag. The staff were really helpful, and oleasant. We bonded with Suli during our stay. She is an amazing lady. She was always cheerful, always offering to help. If there were any issues, she was onto it straight away. Our entire family absolutely adore her and feel she is such a credit to the establishment.
Property is in a good location. There is onsite security for peace of mind.. We would definitely cone back to stay Villa Kamag.

Check-in was very thorough, management during our stay was very prompt. Location was ideal, far enough away from the noise but, a 10 min walk to the heart of Seminyak.

Wonderful
The staff at the location were amazing! Our villa manager Tika arranges so many services for us including massages and chefs and she was so quick to respond. Our housekeeper Suli because like family, loving on our babies and always going above and beyond,
The beds could use an upgrade. They are springy and noisy but we still got fairly good sleep.
Not a lot of shopping in walking distance so prepare to use Grabs or cabs regularly.

Tika and Suri were so amazing and welcoming, they’re services and hospitality to assist was amazing, they made our stay very comfortable and always available to assist us in any way possible. Suri made us amazing breakfast every morning and was very accommodating. The Villa was very spacious and plenty of space for a big family or large group to enjoy.
Some of the pictures were not the same as we saw when booked. The Villa was not as safe as we would’ve thought for having kids in the home. The stairs were a bit shaky and the steps to the stairs were also rocky as well. There was a fishpond at the bottom of the stairs which the kids really liked but as there’s no barrier it can be dangerous for the kids to fall in if not being watched. The pool was very nice but again also did not have a shallow end for the kids to enjoy as much. The house does need a little maintenance as there was a little rusting in the bathroom and felt like it was not as clean as it should be (unsure if anyone has stayed there for awhile or not). The master bedroom upstairs also had a rattling sound when there is wind so can be a little noisy especially for sleeping.

An absolute highlight was Suli, the housekeeper and cook who made us the most delicious breakfast each day. We loved getting to know her and having her around. Our kids were sad to say goodbye to Suli, she truly made our stay more special. Despite reading other reviews the location was much better than we expected, a very short Gojek to main part of Seminyak. For two families we had so much space, the yard was huge, the bedrooms were also very generous and the rooftop jacuzzi was a fun addition. We really had plenty of room for us all.
This wasn’t a huge problem for us but a few of the bedrooms were slightly smelly. We noticed they had room sprays and diffusers to help with this. Some of the decor is outdated BUT for the price you couldn’t complain. It is outstanding value.
