Wonderful
Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants, yet still in a quieter part of Seminyak. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was also very easy to get a taxi right to the front door, which made getting around really convenient.
Room service could take a bit of time, perhaps because the villas are located separately from the restaurant/kitchen, but it wasn’t a major issue. I occasionally saw squirrels or insects in the villa’s open areas, which is quite common in Bali. The property does a good job maintaining the area and regularly fogs for mosquitoes.

The Villa is beautiful and the pool even more so. They could connect to adjoining Villas which made the experience even better.
The location is fantastic and easily approachable to most areas.
Would highly recommend for family and friends
The bathroom amenities could be better. The Shower area needs an upkeep.

Great staff, nice layout with bedrooms each side of the kitchen dinning area. Nice size pool very private and quiet.
Location wasn’t where I thought I booked as there is three sites. That said the staff were very accommodating and transferred us as required to the main site.

Breakfast has good options and its a good place to go and sit down. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Villas can use a bit of upgrade with revised switches and working TVs. Light on nightstands were placed in such a way that I hit my head a few times while taking out phone from charging. Rest all good

We had an amazing time, the staff couldn’t have been more nice and kind! Security is top notch. Great location. Amazing breakfast! Even the room service meals were great, we would definitely recommend and go back to Impiana. We were definitely not expecting a resort feel and that’s exactly what we got. An amazing value! I would highly recommend it.
Slightly dated but great upkeep and not a deterrent from staying there. We would definitely recommend this facility.

Even though The villa was buit pretty long ago but I was amazed and impressed of their customer services. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, and the staff even comes by daily to do mosquito spraying. What really impressed us is that Security team stopped every Grab car entering the villa premises to verify identities by capturing a picture of number plates to preventing scams and make sure that we don't forget our belongings.
Their villas are the biggest accommodations you'll find in the Seminyak area, providing ample room for even a baby to crawl around so my baby very enjoyed. The private pool is very clean and clear. My baby accidently drinking some water but she was fine without getting sick.
They even offer trusted nannies service who can come directly to our villa to care for my baby which is the best thing I have done.
We were incredibly happy and satisfied with every aspect of our stay, from the luxurious accommodations and professional risk management to the consistently friendly staff. I want to send our deeply appreciation to Mr. Agustina - our villa front office manager who helped us a lot during our stay.
I would recommend Impiana Private Villas Seminyak to all my friends and family planning a trip to Bali and Impiana will forever be our top choice where I can trust to stay everytime we come to Bali.

Everything was superb- the villa was more beautiful in person, the pool was clean, the room was spacious with ice cold aircon, extra room to store luggage and get dressed in was super handy! The bathroom was lovely too, and housekeeping comes twice per day. We could not fault our stay. We really enjoyed getting the buggy to breakfast every morning and to the spa. All staff were so friendly and lovely to chat too. I could not fault our stay.

This place was beautiful, exceeded our expectations in every way. The villas were beautiful. They were safe and clean. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond all of the time. The attention to detail was absolutely brilliant . Impiana made such a good impression on me, and I will be back. I will do a detailed review on staff as they deserve it.

Low quality really touristic laundry expensive airport shuttle expensive for safety i was taking driver for tour outside the villa. Terrible cars no goed drivers they offer you al more private tours voor half of the price.
Last thing the villa is really expensive with everything. On the photos is big they give you one small room with airco bed and tv. Other room are going to the bedroom this is really really bad why it's smell not good and is really warm there is no airco inside.
Only in sleeping area that is also the living room with tv on the wall. Kitchen and everything outside. Pool was good in the picture looks bigger. For the Standart price je get the smallest room. That is the one bed room when you go two bedrooms or tree than you have big swimming pool only it's 3 little houses rooms and not one big villa.
Everything in villa is expensive more from outside massage, food,laundry breakfast wen jou want one more deal you gonna pay. They give basic little things butter jam and lot of bread and little sweets they make meal for you for extra egg or meal you gonna
pay for it. I have pay more of 50 wuro for laundry and private tour 70 80 euros. They charge 35 40 euros airport transfer what a bad car airco working not perfectly old car it's really difficult to have good car otherwise you gonna melt for a European tourist. Short and loud every thing is more and more expensive in the villa. Kamer voelt als totaal 20 vierkante meter van binnen. Room likes total 20 m2.

Unfortunately the breakfast was always a little cold. Great service but the kitchen could do better.
The food. Apart from the Indian food which came from a different spot, the food was average and was not hot when it arrived. however the staff were amazing.

The Villa was very clean. The swimming pool was excellent.
It was totally peaceful and quiet. The staff are excellent and very tentative.
The restaurant served excellent food for all the meals.
I will go back, I enjoyed our stay so much.
