We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel owner was especially polite and attentive, which added a personal touch to the whole experience. The service overall was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, easy to get to restaurants and cafes. Very central yet quiet. The staff were exceptional, amazing. So friendly and helpful, would do anything for you, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful people, from the driver, reception staff, cleaners, and owner - all were amazing people. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.
The rooms are kept very clean, although they are a little dated, and could probably do with a fresh coat of paint and some renovations, but overall, we were comfortable and everything was kept clean.

The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained and extremely clean. It felt like a peaceful tropical oasis despite being in a fantastic central Seminyak location. The outdoor pool and garden area were private and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The staff were outstanding warm, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and the level of hospitality was exceptional. We truly felt looked after from arrival to departure.
Nothing significant overall we had a wonderful stay.

The staff checked me in and they were excellent, ordered me some breakfast as I waited for my room as I was early. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our staff and I can not thank them enough. It was the perfect combination of villa facilities without it being too complicated, the location was amazing as well as we were able to walk to many restaurants, shops and anything else we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

Not just a stay but a destination. Enter villa through your private gate into a lush garden with private pool. Nice place to relax.
Eventually our room will need some updates, but that didn’t bother us.

Very nice Villas in a jungle setting, the Staff are absolutely wonderful, very helpful and like all of Bali very friendly. Beds are very comfortable and the room amenities good. Great Driver pick-up from the Airport and even had a cold bottle of water waiting for us in the car. A free massage was included which is a great way to relax.
The rooms are a little dated with a few maintenance issues to be dealt with, the Breakfast in my opinion should be better at this price point ( pastries were usually pretty hard!) but on the plus side there is a lot of options, so something for everyone.

I was warmly greeted upon arrival and offered a welcome beverage that was delicious. The accommodations were beautiful. They offered amazing spa services and the complementary breakfast was amazing!!

Nothing. The room was dirty, tired and no modern facilities. I stayed in the room for 20 mins before going elsewhere. Furthermore, the management did not refund me and I lost over a thousand GBP. AVOID at all costs. I am now escalating this to Senior management at booking.com who are equally as unhelpful. Terrible customer service and even worse rooms.
Everything. The room was dirty and falling apart. The staff were incompetent and rude and simply told me to go to 'booking.com' to address the issues. When I complained about the room the staff didn't bother to follow me inside so I could point out the issues. This has completely ruined my trip and I am 1000 pounds out of pocket.

Wonderful
Honestly you’d never know from the street that there’s a little oasis waiting for you. Spacious and quiet and relaxing. Not far from the beach and popular beach clubs. If you aren’t used to a traditional Bali villa with most of the place being outside then this isn’t for you but if you appreciate being around plants and enjoying the weather outside with a pool this is for you. Staff was super helpful and friendly! Just figure out how to have the lights on when you get home because it can be dark if you don’t.
